Blended Learning
The DTCC selected Sealund to design a custom blended learning solution for its Asset Services Division. Sealund's solution encompassed:
• 14,000 PowerPoint Slides
• 120 Simulations
• 1,000 page Source Book
• a Facilitator's Guide
-- all in 4 months
Given the enormous complexity and scale of this undertaking, along with the agressive time-frame for the SBC opening, DTCC decided to partner with a technical job training company experienced in creating these types of programs. After interviewing several contenders, DTCC selected the Tampa-based Sealund & Associates which had worked with Chase and Citigrouop on similar projects.
